Terms of Service.

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

By requesting a quote, booking, or using the services of Moore Detailing ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't book a service with us.

Our services

Moore Detailing provides mobile car detailing services performed on-site at a location you provide — home, office, or another approved location — using our own equipment. Full package details are listed on our Services page. Package and add-on prices shown on our website are starting estimates ("From $__"); your final price is confirmed once we know your vehicle's size, condition, and the services you'd like.

Booking & access requirements

• We need safe, reasonable access to your vehicle, plus access to an outdoor water spigot/hose connection and a standard power outlet at the service location for most services.
• If water or power isn't available at your appointment time, we may need to reschedule or adjust the scope of service, which can affect price.
• Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment — we're not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

Scheduling, weather & rescheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed with you directly. Because we work outdoors, service may need to be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions — we'll work with you to find the next available time at no extra charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change so we can reschedule your appointment.

Vehicle condition & pre-existing damage

We treat every vehicle with care, but we're not responsible for pre-existing damage — including dents, scratches, chips, worn or damaged trim/upholstery, prior stains, or mechanical/electrical issues that exist before we begin work. We do not offer engine bay cleaning as part of our services. Some conditions, like deeply set stains, long-term sun damage, or heavy oxidation, may not be fully correctable — we'll always be upfront with you about what to expect before we begin.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made with us in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Satisfaction

If something about your completed detail doesn't meet our standard, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moore Detailing's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the most current version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
